Hi, I'm Jedeon Nganso

Your team is [good]. Your processes are holding them [back].

I'm a software engineer turned entrepreneur. Developer, tech lead, CTO, then founder of my own companies: I know where a business quietly loses time and money. I optimise the processes first, then build the systems, automations and AI tools that keep them running. Your people stay at the centre. The busywork goes.

There is a lot of noise about AI replacing people. That is not my work. Your team carries knowledge no software has. When they spend half their week copying data and chasing approvals, you lose the best part of them.

Bottlenecks rarely announce themselves.

Do things that don't scale. Then optimise the ones that have to.

“Do things that don't scale” is the right mindset. It is how you learn what customers really need, and every good company starts that way.

The trouble starts when those manual habits quietly become the way the company runs. Hours disappear into tasks nobody questioned. The numbers you need arrive late, scattered or not at all. You end up steering by feel when you should be steering by data.

That is where process optimisation comes in. Not AI for the sake of AI. A clear look at how work flows, fewer steps that add nothing, and the right information in front of you at the right time.

Stage 01 · Early days
Manual effort

Do it by hand. Learn fast.

Manual work is a strength. You stay close to customers, test ideas and adjust every week.

Stage 02 · Growth
Manual effort

Habits harden into processes.

What worked for ten clients breaks at a hundred. Time leaks, errors creep in, and data lives in five places.

Stage 03 · Optimised
Manual effort

Clear processes. Live data.

Repeatable work runs smoothly, the numbers are there when you need them, and you choose your direction with confidence.

Not everything needs AI. Everything needs a process that works.

I see the whole business, not just the tech.

I have been on both sides of the table. Engineer, tech lead and CTO first, then founder of my own companies. I have built products, sold to customers, run campaigns, managed teams and handled operations when things broke at midnight.

That changes how I look at a problem. A slow sales cycle might be a marketing issue. A support backlog might start in operations. A messy CRM might be a process nobody ever designed. When you understand how the parts connect, the bottleneck becomes obvious. And so does the fix.

Lens 01

Marketing

I understand how attention turns into leads, and where leads get lost before anyone calls them.

Lens 02

Sales

I know what a good pipeline feels like, what slows a deal down and what a salesperson should never do by hand.

Lens 03

Operations

I have lived the daily reality of orders, suppliers, teams and cash flow. I know where processes crack under growth.

Lens 04

Technology

I design and build the systems myself: automations, integrations, internal tools and AI assistants that fit how your team works.

Four lenses. One clear view of what is slowing you down.

From messy to managed.

Process first, technology second. Most of my work falls into six areas, and it almost always starts with how work flows, not with a tool. You can start with one or combine them.

What is manual work really costing you?

Move the sliders. Most companies are surprised by the number.

People doing repetitive tasks8
Hours per person, per week, on those tasks10 h
Average hourly cost of an employee€35
Include errors, delays and rework?
Yearly cost of manual work
€0
Hours your team could get back
0 h

This is an estimate based on 46 working weeks. With errors and rework included, it adds 25 percent, which is usually conservative.

That time could go back to customers, sales and new ideas. Let's get that time back

A clear path from problem to result.

No jargon and no black box. You see progress every week and your team tests everything before it goes live.

Step 01

Listen

A free 30 minute call. You tell me what feels slow, I ask a lot of questions. No pitch.

Step 02

Map and design

I look at how work really flows across your team and tools, then propose a simple plan: what changes, how long, what result.

Step 03

Build

Short cycles with progress shown every week. Your team tests before anything goes live.

Step 04

Launch and improve

We switch it on together, I train your people, then I measure the results and keep refining.

Most first projects show visible results within 3 to 6 weeks. Start with step 01

Different industries. The same bottlenecks.

The products change. The friction is surprisingly similar: manual handoffs, scattered data and good people stuck doing repetitive work.

Typical bottleneck

Don't see your industry? If your team uses more than three tools and a spreadsheet, I can probably help.

Real projects. Real results.

A few examples of bottlenecks found and removed.

Case 01 · Beauty and wellness

Leads waiting on WhatsApp became booked appointments

The bottleneck
Leads from ads arrived on WhatsApp faster than the team could answer. Good prospects waited hours, and some went elsewhere.
What I built
A WhatsApp assistant that answers first questions, qualifies leads and hands them to the team in a simple CRM, with the full conversation history.

Case 02 · Logistics

A freight company stopped answering “where is my order?”

The bottleneck
A 60 person transport company spent its days on status calls, copying carrier updates by hand and chasing proof of delivery by email before it could invoice.
What I built
Carrier tracking synced into one dashboard, automatic WhatsApp and email updates for customers, and delivery documents filed and matched to invoices on their own.

Case 03 · Marketing and creative agency

An agency got its strategists back from reporting

The bottleneck
A 35 person agency serving 40 clients lost two days per account manager every month to reports, while briefs arrived incomplete over email and WhatsApp.
What I built
Automated client dashboards fed by ads and analytics data, a structured brief intake connected to the project tool, and an AI helper for research and first drafts.

From code to company.

I started as a software engineer, then became a tech lead and a CTO, building products for banks, telecoms, public services and startups. Then I started my own companies. Today I bring both sides to every project: the engineer who builds it and the founder who needs it to pay off.

01

Software engineer

Writing the code. Learning how systems really behave.

02

Tech lead

Leading teams. Turning business needs into products that ship.

03

CTO

Owning the technology strategy, the budget and the results.

04

Founder

Building my own companies. Sales, marketing, operations and payroll included.

How I see a business: connected systems that serve people.
Live systemInbox → CRM → Team

The story behind the work.

I have always been the person who asks “why do we do it this way?”

I started as a software engineer, then became a tech lead and a CTO. Then I started my own companies, where I had to do a bit of everything: find customers, close deals, run campaigns, manage suppliers, hire people and keep the numbers in check. That taught me how a business really works, and where it quietly breaks.

Technology was always my passion. I started building my own tools to remove the work that slowed me down. Then friends asked me to do the same for their companies. Then their friends. That is how this became my work.

Today I help startups and established companies across agriculture, media, retail, ecommerce, SaaS, logistics, finance and creative industries. The industries change. My approach does not: understand the business, find the bottleneck, remove it, and make sure the people who do the work are better off for it.

I am not here to sell you the latest trend. I am here to make your business run better.
